Kacie Avey is our skin specialist who has 13 years of skincare experience as a licensed esthetician and holds certifications as a ZO Skin Health Expert. Cody Avey is our Nurse Practitioner who also is a ZO Skin Health Expert. We specialize in correction of acne, acne scarring, melasma, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, and overall improvement of luminosity, texture and tone of skin. Great skin starts here.

MICRONEEDLING WITH PRP

Tailored Aesthetics uses the only FDA microneedling device SkinPen with PRP (Platelet rich plasma) to achieve maximum results. Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy is minimally invasive, non surgical treatment designed to enhance production of collagen leading to improvement of skin texture, acne scars, hyperpigmentation (from sun spots, melasma, acne scarring) as well as decreasing visibility of fine lines, wrinkles and pores.  Skin will overall be smoother, brighter and will give the skin a healthy glowing appearance. 

Microneedling is completed in a series of appointments starting with three or more sessions. The use of PRP with microneedling involves drawing your blood and extracting your plasma that contains bioactive proteins and growth factors that serve to accelerate tissue repair and regeneration by activating stem cells. PRP is delivered into deeper layers of the skin using the microneedling device amplifying results.

ZO SKIN HEALTH 3 STEP PEEL

At Tailored Aesthetics we promote long term, sustainable skin health. One way to achieve that is to integrate ZO Skin Health 3 Step Peel.  

The 3 Step Peel is a highly effective treatment for many signs of skin aging. It is a powerful treatment for conditions of the skin such as melasma, sun damage, fine lines, uneven texture, enlarged pores, dullness and acne. The 3 Step Peel works to improve the health of facial skin through exfoliation and cellular stimulation. 

Typically, peeling begins between day two or three.  The peeling process is completed in about one week, and patient’s will achieve glowing, results and tighter, smoother, brighter looking skin. 

Treatments should be repeated 3-4 times monthly and every 3 or 4 months as maintainance for a deeper repair and as part of a long term skin health plan. 

This depth of peel requires skin preparation of six to eight weeks using a tailored ZO Skin Health regimen. Contact us on how to prepare and plan for the peel, it is a favorite among patients!
