FAQS

CAN I PURCHASE GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES?

Yes, gift cards/certificates are available to purchase and redeemable for any product or service at Tailored Aesthetics. Please contact the office at 209-614-2360 or email info@tailoredmedspa.com to purchase.

Will I be bruised and swollen after injections?

As much as we try to prevent this as much as possible, yes, bruising and swelling are expected after injections. There are precautions you can take to help decrease the incidence and severity of your recovery time. Please check with your personal physician and avoid blood thinning medications and supplements two weeks before your visit including:  ibuprofen, Excedrin, Aspirin, Aleve, vitamin E, fish oil, garlic, ginger, ginkgo biloba, and alcohol.  To assist in healing from swelling, a supplement called Arnica Montana that can be taken orally and ( add “applied” ) topically. It is best to plan treatments at least two weeks before any event. 

What if I’ve had previous dermal filler treatments, can I still be treated in the same area?

Yes, after assessment I will determine if we can inject with existing filler present or if we need to dissolve and inject that area again. 

What comfort measures does Tailored Aesthetics offer?

We offer topical numbing and ice, as well as our experienced injector’s relaxation and distraction techniques. 

How do I know which filler to choose?

After assessment and consultation, your expert injector will choose the product that will yield the best aesthetic result that aligns with your description of what you desire.  


TA POLICIES

Can I bring friends/family/children to my appointment?

Unfortunately, loved ones will be asked to wait in the lobby and we are not able to provide childcare.

Late Policy

Due to the pride we take in giving each patient a Tailored experience, we have a late policy in place. After 5 minutes your appointment is no longer guaranteed. Your provider may see you or ask you to reschedule based on their discretion. 

Shipping PolicY

We offer shipping to the continental United States for a flat rate of $12.00. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and may take 5-7 business days after receipt of shipping confirmation. If you have any questions about a current or future order please contact us at info@tailoredmedspa.com 

Return Policy

All sales are final.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to move your existing appointment for any reason, please do so before 2 BUSINESS DAYS (Monday-Friday) of your appointment to avoid a fee of $150. To notify the office to cancel or reschedule, access your patient portal. If unable to do so, call the office at 209-614-2360. Messages on social media, text messages or email notifications are not accepted. All reminder texts are from a DO NOT REPLY line, so no one will view responses to them. If you need access to your patient portal to make changes, please let us know and we will be able to resend you your link.

If your card on file is unable to be processed, you will receive an invoice for the fee.
